Introduction

La douleur, et plus particulièrement la douleur chronique, est un enjeu majeur de santé publique. Parmi les syndromes douloureux, la fibromyalgie se situe au cœur des préoccupations et pose de grandes difficultés, tant de diagnostic que de prise en charge. Aujourd’hui encore, de nombreux patients se font prescrire des traitements qui ne les soulagent que trop peu, soulevant l’intérêt d’une prise en charge non-médicamenteuse.
