The Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire was translated into Polish in the spring of 2014 by Lidia Budziszewska, MSc, Universidad de Almeria, Spain; Stanislaw Malicki, MSc, Akershus University Hospital, Norway and Joanna Dudek, MSc, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Poland.
The enclosed Polish translation, titled „Kwestionariusz Fuzji Poznawczej (KFP)”, is a consensus-version with an independent back-translation.
The Polish version of CFQ has yet to be validated, but it was already used in a cross-sectional study conducted by Stanislaw Malicki in 2014 on a mixed (clinical and non-clinical) sample of Polish adults (N=197). The Polish CFQ (KFP) was administered together with Polish versions of: Acceptance and Action Questionnaire - II (AAQ-II), Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS – Brown & Ryan), Self-Compassion Scale – Short Form (Neff), Fears of Compassion Scales (Gilbert), Early Memories of Warmth Scale (Gilbert), Early Life Events Scale (Gilbert) and Relationships Questionnaire (Bartholomew & Horowitz).
