IN-PERSON meetings:
Depending on the final schedule, meetings may be scheduled early in the morning or during lunch. If you have a preference as to the time of day, which day, or the amount of time, please indicate it in the "Other Information" section, we'll do our best to accommodate you.
VIRTUAL meetings:
ACBS will not be able to host virtual meetings during the conference (25-28 July). Please indicate in the "other information" the date and time when you would like to hold this meeting (before or after 25-28 July). We suggest Chapters/SIGs commit someone energetic, engaging, curious, friendly, inquisitive, to moderate the networking taking place around your topic (if this is an open meeting for attendees and not just organizers/committee members). Familiarity with Zoom is highly suggested. (Please note that ACBS staff can provide you with link and access to a Zoom meeting, but will be unable to assist or join meetings.)
The deadline to submit a meeting request is 22 April 2024.
