ACT/CBS Background and Training: Since 2006 I'm working on Mindfulness. I accomplished the courses about RFT and Verbal Behavior on foxylearning. I'm focused on reading on ACT, RFT and Functional Contextual Philosophy of Science. I try to improve my understading of ACT and skills for ACT by watching videos of other experienced ACT therapists. I had an intensive Traditional CBT training throughout my Ph. D. however in 2007 I found an ACT book in METU library then my life changed day by day.
