ACT/CBS Background and Training: Research interest and work on ACT field, Trained and supervised by Dr. Maria Karekla, attended several local and international seminars and workshops on ACT, applying ACT therapy in clinical practice as a school and clinical psychologist. My master's thesis research study was on the examination of the ACT therapy enhanced by text messages for smoking cessation in adolescence. My PhD research study was on the examination of the ACT psychopathology developement and therapy change models by combining alternative assessment tools (MPFI vs battery of ACT scales) and psychmetric approaches (Latent Variable Analysis vs Network Analysis).
