ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have taken trainings from Russ Harris, Praxis and Portland Psychotherapy. I was a member of ACBS from 2021-2022 and participated in some of the groups. I have read several ACT books and currently reading Mindfulness for Two by Kelly Wilson. I also meet regularly for individual consultation with another ACT based therapist. Although my formal ACT training started in 2021, I realize that I have been practicing in an ACT consistent way throughout my career.
