اختالل اضطراب بود. دارای بیماران( Generalized Anxiety Disorder - GAD) بر میزان اضطراب فراگیر از نوع نیمه تجربی بود که بر روی نمونه ای از مراجعه کنندگان به یك کلینیك روانشناختی انجام شد. پس تحقیق مواد و روش کار: این تعداد 28 نفر در مطالعه شرکت داده شده و بطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمـون و چند مرحله ای به روش خوشه ای تصادفی ی از نمونه گیر اضـطراب کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمون تحت درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش قرار گرفت.

The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based group therapy on increasing the resilience of mothers of children with intellectual disabilities. The research method was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test, and follow-up groups. The study population consisted of all mothers of children with intellectual disabilities whose children were enrolled in exceptional schools in Dezful during the 1969-1971 school year.
