The concept of Creative Hopelessness is confusing. You may have awareness that Creative Hopelessness is a key part of ACT, and you think you might be pulling it off even though you're not quite sure what it is or how to do it, and so you do “CH Lite” or attempt it with minimal confidence.
Does this sound like you?
In part two of this workshop we'll revisit some terms and how they apply to CH. We'll consider the existential, behavioral, and experiential components of CH, and then use case examples to explore CH and interventions in ACTion.
LO1: Participants will be able to functionally define Creative Hopelessness
LO2: Participants will be able to build a case example through the Creative Hopelessness lens
