A physical theory of operant behavior is a collection of statements (e.g., intraverbal tacts, metaphorical, metanymical, etc.) -- networked and organized by relational frames, networks of frames, and networks of networks of frames -- that are coherent and verifiable. This is an assumption and to note it as such challenges us to formally capture the relational responding and, ultimately, generate a mathematical model or "structure" that succintly captures and accounts for all elemental and subsequent emergent (hierarchical and topographical) VB structures that may evolve through operant interactions.
