How we start the Weeklong, Intensive ACT program with Noticing

Attached is a Word file about how we start our weeklong (12 ACT sessions in five days) program. It describes how we use "Noticing" in place of formal mindfulness practice and how we start the noticing and keep it going.

12. VLDs and graduation.

Noticing is sprinkles throughout.
