Rule Governance: Basic Behavioral Research and Applied Implications

The changes in basic behavior analysis over the past decade and a half are almost totally unknown outside this field. It is not widely known, for example, that basic behavior analysis has developed a robust research program in human learning, with findings of relevance to both basic and applied psychology.
