Hey Folks,
I thought it would be a fun idea to start a podcast related to Third Wave Behavior Therapy. I was fortunate enough to meet with a lot of presenters at ACTSI3 in Houston and interview them about what's new in the ACT world. In the future I might post excerpts from ACT related workshops or lectures, other interviews, and fun things related to the work going on in the Third Wave Community.
