Relational Frame Theory (RFT) is the theory of learning and language that underpins ACT, but people often feel lost in the technical jargon. If you're new to RFT or need a refresher, join us!  Here's what you can expect from this lecture:
-brief introduction to RFT
-useful RFT-driven strategies and perspectives to try out in their clinical work
-a basic clinical application of RFT through use of metaphor, exercises, and case examples
