The effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on pain perception and pain self-efficacy in patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain
مقدمه و هدف: شناسایی درمانهای روانشناختی مؤثر در بهبود درد بیماران مبتلا به درد عضلانی- اسکلتی ضروری است، بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر ادراک درد و خودکارآمدی درد در بیماران مبتلابه درد مزمن عضلانی- اسکلتی بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، نیمه تجربی از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد مبتلا به درد مزمن عضلانی- اسکلتی بودند که در تابستان 1311 جهت درمان به مراکز بیمارستانی، کلینیکهای فیزیوتراپی و ارتوپدی شهر تربتجام ارجاع شده بودند.
Online group therapy based on acceptance and commitment on body dysmorphic and fear of body image in overweight people
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی گروهدرمانی آنالین مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اشتغال ذهنی به بدشکلی بدن و ترس از تصویر بدنی در افراد دارای اضافه وزن یا چاقی در دوران پاندمی ویروس کرونا صورت گرفت. پسآزمون با گروه این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- کنترل بود. 14 نفر از افراد دارای اضافه وزن یا چاقی در بازه زمانی شهریور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند.
