Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan burnout pada elderly caregiver dengan cara membuat subjek bahagia menikmati dan menjalankan pekerjaannya serta melakukan respon koping yang adaptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan mixed methods. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability, yaitu simple random sampling. Subjek dipilih ketika memenuhi kriteria, seperti mengalami burnout, bekerja sebagai elderly caregiver dan bagian dari populasi caregiver UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Binjai. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah delapan responden.
