Acceptance, mindfulness and values-based actions may constitute complementary therapeutic tools to cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia.

This study was conducted to develop a group counseling program to solve the problem of maladjustment of military personnel and to verify the effectiveness of the program. The 12 session CBT and ACT program for military soldiers experiencing emotional and behavioral problems was developed and the effectiveness was verified by conducting a program once a week for soldiers in the army units based in South Chungcheong Province.
