Our ACBS Affiliate Organization is dedicated to advancing psychological education, research, and practice through an integrative, process-based framework. We emphasize acceptance, mindfulness, and values-driven approaches to support the development of professionals in clinical, and psychotherapeutic settings.
We provide access to evidence-based psychotherapies, such as Process-Based Therapy (PBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with the goal of fostering psychological flexibility. Our programs help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and promote values-oriented living.
Research is a core focus of our activity. We explore the applications of PBT and ACT as part of Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) in treating emotional disorders, severe mental health conditions, personality disorders and challenges linked to chronic medical illnesses or medical procedures. We also disseminate knowledge through conferences, workshops, and publications, contributing to the global development of contextual behavioral science.
