This research aims to reduce burnout among elderly caregivers by making subjects happy, enjoying, and performing their work, as well as engaging in adaptive coping responses. The research was conducted using mixed methods. The sampling technique used was probability, specifically simple random sampling. Subjects were selected based on criteria such as experiencing burnout, working as elderly caregivers, and being part of the UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Binjacaregiver population. The number of subjects in this study was eight respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways: quantitatively (pre-test and post-test using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale) and qualitatively through interviews, observations, focus group discussions (FGD), and recording the series of intervention processes. The intervention was conducted in groups over five sessions. The results of the study indicate that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is effective in reducing work burnout among the eightstudy subjects. The ACT intervention made the subjects happy and enjoy their work as elderly caregivers. The subjects were able to engage in adaptive coping responses in dealing with the demands of their work, such as taking time to share and express their concerns about their work with family, understanding that the elderly have psychological issues, and accepting working in a care facility with all its shortcomings. Subjects also had social support from fellow caregivers. They felt grateful and were ableto find value in their roles to continue working as elderly caregivers.
