Abstract

结果两组在SSMI-C(t=-6.144,P<0.01)、GSES(t=5.86,P<0.01)、AAQ-Ⅱ(t=-5.518,P<0.01)和CPQ(t=-5.632,P<0.01)前后测得分差值上存在显著差异。

Objective: To explore the effect of receptivity-commitment therapy group intervention on stigma and self-efficacy in patients recovering from schizophrenia.

Methods: Patients convalescent from schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group (31 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The intervention group conducted 2 group interventions per week for 90 minutes for 5 weeks, for a total of 10 interventions; The control group was given routine psychoeducation. Before and after the intervention, the two groups were evaluated on the Stigma Scale Chinese (SSMI-C), Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire Second Edition (AAQ-II.) to understand the impact of therapy on patients' stigma and self-efficacy.

Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores before and after SSMI-C (t=-6.144, P<0.01), GSES (t=5.86, P<0.01), AAQ-II. (t=-5.518, P<0.01) and CPQ (t=-5.632, P<0.01).

Conclusions: Acceptance commitment therapy can effectively improve the stigma and self-efficacy of patients recovering from schizophrenia.
