Dr. Urszula Klich is a renowned clinical psychologist, speaker, and author specializing in self-regulation techniques for optimal health and performance. She is a certified meditation teacher in Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) through Emory University and has played key roles in various medical teams. She is board-certified in biofeedback and the president of the Southeast Biofeedback and Clinical Neuroscience Association. Driven by her belief in the power of integrating evidence-based self-regulation practices like biofeedback, mindfulness, and compassion-informed treatment with traditional medicine, she empowers individuals to tap into their innate healing abilities for improved physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Dr. Klich's teachings emphasize the transformative benefits of mindful living, which are accessible to anyone willing to embrace positive change and embark on a journey of personal growth.

AUDIENCE
The workshop is open to anyone interested in healing and self-care. It is also appropriate for professionals in the health, wellness, and mental fields. This can include but is not limited to, Psychologists, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Physical and Occupational Therapists. Social Workers, Certified Counselors, teachers or other fields where somatic self-regulation practices such as mindfulness, compassion, and biofeedback are beneficial. This approach is designed to be useful in a variety of contexts, including group and individual settings, clinics, wellness centers, self-help/coaching relationships, and other professional and interpersonal settings.
