My understanding of ACT and CBS is informed by my background in meditation and deep study and practice in Buddhist theories of the mind and their applications to therapeutic settings.
I run ACT groups, provide trainings and supervise clinicians from an ACT/CBS approach. In the past, I've served as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ACBS and on the Membership Committee of the ACBS Board.
Recently I passed the peer review application process as an ACT Trainer.
