ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am a practicing clinical psychologist of 20 years, and part of the ACT community for 13 years. I've completed courses and received guidance from Steve Hayes, Russ Harris, Kirk Strohsal and Pat Barker, Mark Webster, Robyn Walser and Louise Hayes. I teach ACT and provide therapy and ACT supervision. My continued professional development is from peer supervision groups, individial supervision, resource literature and conferences. I am an early founder and facilitator on the ACBS ACT on-line Peer Consultation Group. I use ACT with adult and adolescent individuals, couples, families and groups.

Additional Information: I am interested in resilience building in adults and adolescents and have run ACT training workshops ranging from 8 weeks to 1 day. Therapy for individuals, couples, family or work colleagues, and supervision with individuals and groups. I teach ACT to therapists in the Increasing Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme for Long-term Conditions. This course is run by Canterbury Christchurch University and the University of Surrey UK. I work with a wide range of people including those who experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, substance misuse, domestic violence and abuse, work stress, performance anxiety, relationship difficulties and low confidence.
