ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have been providing therapy since 2003 and have been studying and using ACT intentionally since 2012. I do my best to live the ACT way in my own life and find that in my work as a therapist, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is one of the most effective treatments, when delivered well, to help clients move into a life that is rich, full, and deeply meaningful. ACT processes assist in coping effectively with what is interfering in one living a values-consistent life.
