ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have attended a number of ACT training activities, to include a 4-day intensive ACT Boot Camp and three two-day ACT workshops led by Kelly Wilson, Michael Twohig, and Steven Hayes, resectively. More recently, I have participated in trainings offered by Russ Harris, Robyn Walser, and Kirk Strosahl, and I continue to read and explore ACT resources. I use ACT daily, personally and professionally, and I find it quite remarkable. ACT has the power to transform lives and I'm glad to be a part of that process.
