ACT/CBS Background and Training: I was introduced to ACT by attending a workshop with Steve Hayes in 1999. I completed the Veterans Affairs (VA) ACT for Depression training with Dr. Robyn Walser in 2012. I subsequently became a Training Consultant for the VA ACT for Depression Training Program in 2014, and then a Regional Trainer for this program in 2017. I served as the Interim Training Program Manager for the ACT for Depression National Training Program at VA between December 2022 - November 2023.
