ACT/CBS Background and Training: On-site practicum, internship, and fellowship training in theory and application throughout my graduate work. I have attended presentations by Steven Hayes, Kelly Wilson, Kirk Strosahl, M. Joann Wright, Dennis Tirch, and DJ Moran. I have been facilitating ACT in groups and with individuals since 2009. I provide supervision on case conceptualization from an ACT perspective.

Additional Information: My current clinical focus is serving adults and young adults with struggling with stress, life transitions, anxiety, and/or depression. I have worked with children and adolescents on the austim spectrum since 2005 implementing behavioral as well as psychotherapeutic interventions. In my graduate work I received training in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings as well as a psychosocial rehabilitation program. My training has included work with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of concerns and diagnoses. My pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship where in chemical dependency.
