ACT/CBS Background and Training: As a graduate student, I was trained in ACT while participating as a graduate student therapist on an ACT RCT for social anxiety disorder. I have also attended an ACT bootcamp, as well as several day-long ACT intensives. I specialize in using ACT in the treatment of anxiety, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive, and eating disorders.
