ACT/CBS Background and Training: I became interested in ACT in the mid-1990under the tutelage of Joseph Scardapane, Ph.D. at Hofstra University. Since that time, I have used several contextually-based therapies in my practice including ACT, DBT and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I am an active ACT and RFT-related consumer. My understanding of ACT has deepened considerably since working closely with D.J. Moran since 2006.
ACT/CBS Experience: I have been a consumer of ACT and RFT since 2000.
