ACT/CBS Background and Training: Over the last 15 years, I've participated in intensive trainings, such as ACT and anxiety with John Forsyth and Georg Eifert and NYC workshops with Steven Hayes to learn the ACT model. To continue enhancing my understanding of ACT, I've also participated in peer supervision. I've had the opportunity to participate in and present at national and world conferences including co-presenting an ACT in the community workshop at the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Conference in Washington, DC. I also attended and participated in the Parma, Italy conference.

I enjoy using ACT to support people during life transitions.

Additional Information: Developed and piloted ACT-based mentoring program for adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum as well as ACT-based parent seminars. I enjoy using ACT for clients navigating life transitions, as well as with people who have ADHD and college students.
