Additional Information: Interested in ACT in sports, performance under pressure, creative interpretations of ACT and spreading the ACT message creatively. I am trialling an ACT workshop integrating mountaineering photography and stories with live music, in an attempt to provide an alternative "understanding" of ACT. This is a work in progress.
