ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am a bilingual (Mandarin-English) life coach, HR leader, and mindfulness practitioner with a focus on LGBTQ+ midlife transitions and purpose-driven transformation. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the EXPAND coaching model I developed, blending it with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Clean Language.

My training includes ACT Essentials, advanced coaching certification, and ongoing peer-based supervision. I specialize in fostering psychological flexibility, emotional agility, and resilience in both professional and personal domains. I frequently apply ACT principles in corporate settings, career transitions, and personal meaning-making journeys.

Additional Information: My coaching is grounded in compassion, growth, and authenticity. Living with chronic autoimmune conditions and navigating my own LGBTQ+ journey has deepened my commitment to empowering others. I support clients in building meaningful lives aligned with their values—especially during times of midlife reinvention, emotional burnout, or identity transition.

I actively seek to refine my ACT-based practice through participation in ACBS communities, peer coaching, and experiential workshops. As I grow my bilingual coaching practice in Asia, I’m also exploring how ACT can be culturally adapted and integrated across languages (Mandarin and English).

My mission is to help people move beyond external validation and into authentic self-expression, aligned with ACT’s vision of fostering global well-being and sustainable psychological flexibility.
