ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have been working in the field of mindfulness-based therapies for two years and have attended mindfulness courses at Rice University, as well as courses by Dr. Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Steven Hayes. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to talk to Dr. Seyed Ali Kolahdouzan and interviewed him for an Iranian psychology magazine. I also recently finished translating a book by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in collaboration with Dr. Maryam Shahab, which will be published soon.

Additional Information: As the technical manager of Nour care center for chronic psychiatric patients, I am responsible for developing general policies, hiring new nurses, and ensuring that we meet our patients' needs. Additionally, I supervise the food service, manage the medicine storage, and oversee the entertainment options and accommodations for the patients.
