ACT/CBS Background and Training: As a licensed psychologist trained in both psychological research and practice, I strive to develop close and ethical relationships with clients informed by cultural humility, psychological science, and the latest standards of psychological practice. This includes integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy research and practice, along with other therapeutic interventions (e.g., Exposure and Response Prevention, Executive Functioning Training) for a range of concerns (e.g., Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD or ADD, Social Skills, and Executive Dysfunction). I have received advanced ACT trainings via workshops held by leaders in ACT. I also provide comprehensive testing for neurodivergence from ages 4 to adulthood.
Additional Information: I enthusiastically and compassionately work with teens and adults in psychotherapy to provide the latest interventions for change. I address both mental health and academic/workplace functioning to help clients improve multiple areas of life. I often work with high-performing leaders, students, organizations, and professionals seeking to improve their productivity, well-being, and performance. Through a process of exploring the root causes of symptoms, action-oriented therapies can facilitate long-term behavioral change. In-person therapy in Florida or online individual therapy in Florida and over 40 states is offered.
