ACT/CBS Background and Training: I specialized in clinical psychology and actively pursued ACT training (learning from registered counselors, books, and research materials). Throughout my master's and PhD studies, I consistently dedicated my research efforts to exploring the efficacy of ACT. Notably, I conducted a randomized clinical trial focusing on ACT intervention for cancer patients as part of my master's dissertation.
