ACT/CBS Background and Training: I was clinically trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy by Dr. Florina Yuger and have since been practicing ACT for 12 years. I have attended multiple training seminars for ACT therapists. I have read many books on: 1). Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, 2). Mindfulness-based approaches, and 3). Buddhist psychology in order to be of service to people with this treatment modality.
