ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have attended numerous short courses in ACT and CBS over the past 10 years, whilst using ACT in my clinical practice and supervision.

Additional Information: I have experience using ACT with adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and psychosis; as well as with people experiencing addiction, stress, and health difficulties. I have particular interests in late-diagnosed neurodiversity, complex trauma, and work related stress.
I work integratively, and use ACT in my work alongside a range of models including CBT, EMDR, narrative exposure therapy and positive psychology.
