ACT/CBS Background and Training: I completed my MSW at University of Chicago in 2013. Since that time, I have worked in the Chicago area providing therapy services in a variety of settings from inpatient hospital units, PHP and IOP programs, and outpatient practices. Most of my work has focused on CBT, but I recently started to bring ACT into my work anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, and panic. I recently completed a 9 month fellowship in ACT at the University of Chicago.
