Additional Information: Hi, I’m Dr. Regina Lazarovich, PhD. I’m a Clinical Psychologist uniquely equipped to help with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, ADHD, binge eating, “emotional eating”, negative body image, perfectionism and self-esteem. If you resonate with one or more of the things I mentioned there’s a very good chance that we would be a great fit to work together and I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My doctoral training has been rich and comprehensive and I continue learning because I value growth and giving my clients the best support. I draw upon several approaches in my therapy work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. That being said, I will tailor my approach to your unique circumstance and goals and create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I welcome clients of different gender identities, sexual orientation, sizes, ability levels, racial and ethnic identities.

Because I know how scary and vulnerable it can feel to start working with a new therapist, I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. To learn more about me my services visit www.CompassCBT.com
