ACT/CBS Background and Training: My ACT/CBS background comes from intensive training during graduate school, including year-long seminars, supervision groups, and ACT-focused practica. I have also completed several outside workshops and primarily practice therapy from an ACT perspective. I engage in ongoing ACT-based consultation and research and publish in the area of contextual and behavioral science.
