ACT/CBS Background and Training: My ACT journey has started almost 9 years ago with a little coincidence, interest and curiosity. And then I took notice and desired to know more about ACT. We traveled a lot with my husband to learn and improve our ACT skills by many workshops, boot camps from pioneers of ACT, lots of book translations, trainings and supervisions.

Additional Information: I developed an Emotional Eating scale for my thesis. It is the first scale in Turkey.The aim of the study was to develop a scale to evaluate the relationship between eating and emotions on individuals. As a result of the study, The Emotional Eating Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool for the evaluation of emotional eating.
