ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have a CBT post-graduate diploma that included ACT. Additionally I have attended Birmingham ACT week (United Kingdom), the UK ACT conference and undertaken further ACT training by Russ Harris. As my speciality lies within chronic pain and illness, I have attended numerous ACT training courses on the use of ACT with different long term health conditions, chronic pain and insomnia.
ACT/CBS Experience: I have been working within a therapeutic context since 2012, delivering ACT to individuals and groups within the NHS before moving into private practice in 2021.
Additional Information: I work with clients aged 18 years or older living in the UK. I deliver therapy sessions online via zoom and work solely with clients with chronic illness and/or pain.
