ACT/CBS Background and Training: My introduction to psychological flexibility was through Russ Harris' ACT made simple. I have since completed Steve Hayes "ACT In Practice" course, and Ciarrochi & Hayes DNA-V, both through Praxis. Intensive training in Dana Paliliunas and Mark Dixon's Accept, Identify, and Move (AIM) since 2018. I am also a crisis intervention instructor with Professional Crisis Management Association. PCMA is grounded in applied behavior analysis.

Additional Information: I am the director of an intensive outpatient program for children and adolescents. We serve patients k-12 and their families. My clinical staff facilitates group psychotherapy, individual/family therapy, and milieu therapy. Our intensive outpatient program is rooted in the psychological flexibility, which incorporates ACT, DNA-V, AIM, and PCM/Everyday Behavioral Tools.
