ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have read several books on ACT, CFT, and continue reading on an ongoing basis. I have been to several live and online ACT trainings by peer-reviewed trainers, attended the 2019 conference, and I try to take every opportunity I can to learn more. I joined ACBS to deepen my theoretical knowledge of RFT and CBS by sharing knowledge with experts in their fields.
ACT/CBS Experience: I have about five years of experience using primarily ACT. Most of my experience using ACT is with adult (some older adolescent) clients with anxiety and trauma disorders, psychosis, and relationship issues.
