ACT/CBS Background and Training: My ACT journey has started almost 8 years ago with a little coincidence, interest and curiosity. And then I took notice and desired to know more about ACT. We traveled a lot with my wife to learn and improve our ACT skills by many workshops, boot camps from pioneers of ACT, lots of book translations, trainings and supervisions.
