ACT/CBS Background and Training: Attended a Kelly Wilson workshop in Feb 2016, and have done some further reading and study of ACT techniques/CBS. I attended Louise Hayes DNAV workshop in 2018. I am also a trained Transactional Analysis psychotherapist and this helps with the process and ideals. I also am a BCBA which helps with the RFT work. In February 2020 I presented a workshop on how ABA/ACT can enrich Transactional Analysis practice, which was very well received. I presented a 2hour ACT intro course to almost 300 participants with great feedback.
I ran an Introduction to ACT course in September 2020.
