ACT/CBS Background and Training: I trained in ACT for 4 years during my PhD. I have also been attending national and international professional training workshops since that time. I have also recently completed a certificate in ACT and Mindfulness Based Interventions with ACT-now Ireland.
ACT/CBS Experience: I use ACT on a daily basis with children and families at my clinic. I have also recently run an ACT for parents 6 week training course for parents of children with anxiety.
Additional Information: My PhD research was conducted under Dr. Bryan Roche at NUIM.  My main research interests include RFT, behaviour analysis of child development, challenging behaviours and developmental disabilities,  developing behavioural interventions for persons with developmental disabilities, IQ, educational psychology, precision teaching, multiple exemplar training, parent training programmes and much much more.
