ACT/CBS Background and Training: I specialize in OCD/Anxiety, Trauma, Grief/Loss, & End of Life challenges. In collaboration with a psychiatrist, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which can expedite results beyond what is possible in talk therapy alone. KAP brings shifts in perspective that can be anchored and implemented towards lasting change. If you are struggling with difficult thoughts, memories, sense of self or life choices, and have found that standard psychotherapy hasn't helped as much as you'd hoped for, this might be a better option for you. I am only accepting clients interested in KAP at this time.I have a trong foundation in mindfulness, somatic and behavioral approaches. I have attended several workshops as part of IOCDF conferences and other advanced training in OCD. I have attended multiple ACBS conferences since 2016. I have done other online and in person advanced ACT trainings as well.

I collaborate with a prescriber to support clients with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and harm reduction and integration of other non-ordinary state experiences.
