I have edited one book, Mindfulness and Acceptance in Social Work (2014), and co-authored two others: Stop Avoiding Stuff: 25 Micro-Skills to Face Your Fears (2020) and Do It Anyway and the forthcoming ACT Skills Workbook (December 2024).
