What makes the HDML model of RFT so useful

The HDML, or the "gone plaid" version of the original MDML model of RFT complexity tracks the universal pattern of component to composite organization of nature.  This mechanism for complexity buidling is evident in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and within that branch of biology known as Ecology -- the study of organisms in context, which is where Behavior Analsysis lies as a discipline. Research and demonstration within the instructional discipline of Precision Teaching component-composite organizations of concepts and subject matter content areas is widespread and effective in maximizing the efficiency and efficacy of influence on the acquisition, generalization and "adduction" of instructional operants within and across the scope and sequencing of complex contingency fields that produce effective and adaptive repertoires of human response capabilities and competencies.  The mutual entailment, combinatorial mutual entailment and Transformation of function units of RFT, as organized within the HDML model of RFT complexity, is a reification of component/composite relations that can be used to great effect, both therapeutically and educationally, to instill foundations and correct inadequacies of intellectual functional within the population of individuals labelled as "having" ASD.  Data supporting this assertion is extant and growing in volume and demonstration.  My position is that this trend will continue and expand and eventuate a comprehensive "Path of Treatment" for the remediation of the Learning challenges and current limitations of all individuals collectively contained within the "ASD" cloud of variation.  My optimism is based on several facts of research and one fact of coherence, that fact being that RFT and its expansive HDML model of cognitive functioning parallel what we know of the evolution of structure in general, all structure, from the quark structure of neutrons and protons, to the structure of H2O, to that of lipids, to .... operants, discriminated operants, conditional discriminated operants and so on.  This entire rich and diverse data set of evolved structures tells us that simplicity begats complexity and complexity begats emergent structures and dynamics.  Such emergent structures are the purview of the layered structures of cognitive functioning captured by the HDML model of RFT.  Other behavioral models, for example Verbal Behavior analsysi,  of such emergent complexity exist as well, but it is the HDML model of RFT that makes that complexity accessible to those who are charged with improving the intellectual and social functioning of individual labelled as "having ASD".
