Abstract

目的 探讨接纳与承诺疗法对行经皮射频消融术患者心理弹性与生活质量的影响.方法 将90例行经皮射频消融术的甲状腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例.对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上辅以接纳与承诺疗法进行护理干预,并于干预前后采用心理弹性量表评分(CD-RISC)、生命质量测定量表评分(QLQ-C30)以及护理满意度指标进行评价.结果 干预1月后,观察组心理弹性中自强、坚韧、乐观维度评分显著高于对照组;生命质量中躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能维度评分显著高于对照组;对环境、爱护与关心、技术与护理服务的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 针对行经皮射频消融术的甲状腺癌患者采取接纳与承诺疗法进行护理干预,能够有效改善患者的心理弹性,提高其生活质量和护理服务满意度.

 

Objective To investigate the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy on psychological resilience and quality of life in patients undergoing percutaneous radiofrequency ablation.

Methods A total of 90 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent percutaneous radiofrequency ablation were randomly divided into observation group and 45 cases in control group. The control group received usual care, and the observation group was supplemented with acceptance and commitment therapy for nursing intervention, and the psychological resilience scale score (CD-RISC), quality of life measurement scale score (QLQ-C30) and nursing satisfaction index were used before and after the intervention.

Results After 1 month of intervention, the scores of self-strength, tenacity and optimism in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The scores of somatic function, social function, role function, emotional function, and cognitive function in quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction scores of environment, love and care, technology and nursing services were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01).

Conclusion Nursing intervention with acceptance and commitment therapy for thyroid cancer patients undergoing percutaneous radiofrequency ablation can effectively improve patients' psychological resilience, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services.
